How do I receive the gift card?
The Jungkraut gift card is delivered digitally by email straight after purchase. You can print it or forward it directly.
Can I send the gift card directly to the recipient?
Yes. Select the gift option at checkout and enter the recipient's email address, a personal message and your preferred date. The gift card is delivered automatically on the chosen day.
How long is the gift card valid?
The Jungkraut gift card has no expiry date and no fees. The full value is retained until it is redeemed.
What can the gift card be redeemed for?
For the entire range on jungkraut.ch: face care, body care and skincare sets. It cannot be redeemed in retail stores or exchanged for cash.
What happens if the amount doesn't match exactly?
Any remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on your next order. If the order value exceeds the gift card value, you simply pay the difference with your preferred payment method.
