How do I start a return?

Jungkraut's 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts when you receive your order. Get in touch within that period via our contact page. You'll receive a prepaid return label and all further steps. We cover the return costs.

Do I get the full amount back?

Yes. As soon as the returned products arrive with us, even opened and partly used, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. The original shipping costs are excluded.

Does the guarantee apply to all products?

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the first purchase of any Jungkraut skincare product or routine set. It does not apply to merchandise or accessories.

Why 30 days?

Skin renews itself in a cycle of around 28 days. To judge a new routine properly, you need at least one full cycle of consistent use. Hence 30 days.

How quickly do I get my money back?

Once your return arrives, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a few extra days to show.
