Will shipping cost me anything?

In Europe, shipping is free from 60 EUR/CHF and the shipping costs are on us. Below this amount, shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout. Please note that if the shipment is sent to an address outside the EU or Switzerland, additional customs and VAT costs may be charged by the deliverer.

Can I return the products free of charge?

Yes, if you don't like our products, you can return them to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt in Europe and the EU. Please note that the products must have been used normally by one person. For returns outside Europe and the EU, you must pay the shipping costs yourself.

To which countries is shipping possible?

We ship worldwide. In Europe and Switzerland, shipping is free of charge for orders over 60 CHF/EUR. Please note that outside the EU and Switzerland, customs and VAT costs may be charged separately by the deliverer.

Who do you use to dispatch the orders?

Orders are usually dispatched by DHL or Swiss Post by letter or parcel.

I am new. How do I order?

Simply select a product in our shop and add it to your shopping basket. Add as many products as you like. Once you have completed your selection, click on the "shopping basket" at the top right and start the checkout process. Once you have entered your address, you can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal or Twint. That's it! Your order is now on its way to you.

Is it safe to order from you?

Yes, we use the industry standard SSL to encrypt your data when ordering and protect it from unauthorised third parties. Payment is made via a secure Swiss payment gateway with the highest security standards. Your data is stored on a server in Switzerland and is therefore in safe hands.

The product is no longer available. When can I order it again?

It may happen that certain products are not available at short notice. We only produce what is needed in order to offer you the freshest possible products. If the desired product is no longer in stock, you can assume that we are already preparing for production. Just check back in the next few days.

Payment

Which means of payment do you accept?

With us, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Paypal or TWINT. In Switzerland, purchase on account is also possible. The credit check and payment processing is carried out by the external payment service provider PowerPay.

In which currency can I pay?

We currently offer payment in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR).

Is the payment secure with you?

Yes, the payment is made directly via a secure payment gateway in Switzerland and is encrypted.

I have a voucher. Where do I redeem it?

Voucher codes can be entered during the checkout process and will be automatically applied to your shopping basket, provided they are valid.

Products

Is the product suitable for my skin type?

Our products are designed to be suitable for different skin types. On the product page you will find more detailed information on whether it is suitable for your skin type.

I don't know what skin type I have.

No problem. With our skin type test, you can find out which skin type suits you by answering just a few questions.

What does "100% natural care products" mean?

Our products are based on 100% natural ingredients. They are free from parabens, silicones, synthetic fragrances or other harmful ingredients.

The product has changed colour and/or is more viscous than usual.

This can happen if the product has been stored in a cooler environment (e.g. in luggage when travelling by plane). As soon as it reaches room temperature again (18-25 degrees), it will return to its original state. Cold does not affect the quality of the product.

My order

Where is my order?

Your order will usually be dispatched by DHL or Swiss Post within 2 working days. You can check the status of your order in your account. We will also send you an automatic e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. For some shipments, you will also receive a tracking number and can track the shipping status directly online. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.

How can I make a complaint?

Oh oh... you want to complain? We're very sorry about that. We endeavour to offer you the best possible service and high-quality products. Nevertheless, we welcome complaints, ideas and suggestions for improvement and try to help as quickly as possible. We want to constantly improve and are grateful for any feedback. Returns & Refunds

I don't like the product and would like to return it.

We regret that you are not satisfied with your product. This can of course happen and we will be happy to refund the purchase price if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we only take back products that are in their original packaging or have been used in normal quantities.

Do I have to pay for the return shipment myself?

In the EU and Switzerland, we will cover the costs for the return shipment. We will send you a corresponding shipping label.
